Real Madrid are leading the race to sign Stuttgart midfielder Angelo Stiller, with the Bundesliga club open to selling the 24-year-old this summer, according to MARCA. With Luka Modrić’s time at the Bernabéu nearing its end, Los Blancos are eyeing reinforcements, and Stiller has emerged as a top candidate.

Known for his poise in possession and sharp distribution, Stiller offers a distinct profile to Madrid’s current midfield setup. His ability to dictate tempo from deep could prove valuable as the club reshapes its core. While young prospect Nico Paz is expected to return when Real Madrid trigger their buyback clause on his deal with Como, the club appears intent on adding another midfielder.

Stuttgart have set a price tag of around €40 million, and interest is also reportedly coming from big clubs like Liverpool and Ajax. However, Real Madrid’s pursuit seems more advanced, particularly with manager Xabi Alonso believed to be a strong admirer of Stiller’s technical and tactical skillset.
