Thibaut Courtois—5: Never a good night when you are beaten four times.

Lucas Vázquez—1: A sad ending for a player that was so useful for Madrid over a decade. No longer serviceable and set for a departure. Constantly exploited by Barcelona tonight.

Raúl Asencio—3: Overly aggressive and clipped Ferran Torres multiple times with late challenges. Let the Barcelona players get under his skin.

Tchouaméni—3: Exploited by Barcelona’s explosive attack. Struggled with balls over the top and when to close down the space left by Lucas Vazquez.

Fran García—5: Gave Lamine Yamal too much space and respect. There were sequences where Fran held his own but overall struggled with the elite level of the Barca attack.

Dani Ceballos—2: Not able to replicate his good form pre-injury. The speed of play was too much for Ceballos and was substituted at halftime.

Federico Valverde—6: One of the few decent performers but was clattered with a knee injury in the first half and looked injured through remainder of the game.

Jude Bellingham—2: One of his quietest matches in a Real Madrid shirt. Even with more freedom as a #10, could not influence the match.

Arda Guler—2: Offered very little in the final third and gave away possession with a needless risky pass in Madrid’s defensive third. Was substituted at halftime.

Vinícius Júnior—5: Provided two assists yet still felt like a shadow of the player he was last year. Looked a frustrated figure with very little going his way.

Substitutions:

Luka Modrić—6: A positive change, helped Madrid retain possession and find little pockets of space.

Brahim Díaz—6: Another net positive over the teammate he replaced. 1 key pass, 1 completed dribble, and 1 shot.

Endrick—N/A: 84th minute substitute with limited time to make an impact.

Victor Munoz—N/A: Missed a golden opportunity to level the game with his first touch.
