Mbappe missed Real Madrid’s opening game of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup this Wednesday and he will be expected to miss Sunday’s contest against Pachuca as well. After that, Real Madrid’s last match of this Group Stage will be played against Red Bull Salzsburg on Thursday, June 26th, so both Mbappe and the club are hopeful that he will be able to recover in time for that game, assuming that the treatment he gets is effective.
