Injuries and bad news keep piling up for Real Madrid. Both right-backs are currently injured and Los Blancos will have to find a permanent solution for that spot, with Fede Valverde and Raúl Asencio as the main candidates to play on the right side of the defensive line until either Carvajal or Alexander-Arnold complete their recovery.

It’s unclear if Carvajal or Arnold will be available for the first Clásico of the season, so this injury is definitely a tough blow for Real Madrid after a catastrophic loss against Atlético.
