Reports Fabrizio Romano.

Real Madrid Castilla defender Jacobo Ramon is set to join Como next season on a permanent deal, Fabrizio Romano reported on Monday afternoon.

The Fabrica product was never guaranteed minutes playing for the first team, and it was obvious that he had outgrown playing for Castilla as well, so a move seemed likely.

Real Madrid will receive a transfer fee of 2.5 million euros, and the remainder of the deal is very similar to what Real Madrid and Como worked out for Nico Paz last season, as Los Blancos will also have three buy-back clauses.

They will have a 50% sell-on clause on Ramon, which they have been doing for almost all of their Castilla transfers in the last few years.

These clauses give Madrid significant control over the Spanish defender’s future, ensuring they profit from any future move while retaining the option to bring him back for a reduced fee.
